Life has its duality. Some embrace both ends. I prefer singular extremity. 

On this point, Gustav's “Be orderly in your life, so that you can be violent and original in your work” appears simply as "violently original" to me.

Flair up

I reckon flair is not that elusive after all. Just be yourself. 

I like my work mates to be themselves. That day, Mr S did another "be myself". Enjoying his work as usual, he made a good piece of work out of a walk in the park, literally.

The goodness shows. And before the intend client buys the work, another client for which the proposal was not intended for, bought it! 

First be myself; then flair up. That's all I ask of myself or anyone who wants to enjoy creativity like smelling roses.

(And lest the thorns on the rose make you tarry, let the roses beyond the thorns make your day).
