It is only human to be limited in our creativity. It takes a humble person to accept that as a God-given fact. Yet, we can unshackle our limitations by tapping one another's strengths.

Anyone can have the first crack at forming an idea. Do not block ideas. Articulate them. As a team, build on the ideas humbly and optimistically. In no time the idea takes shape. Impossibility and obscurity are rendered irrelevant. 

Ideas. Start them at the brightest level. Do not pander to the limitations of the individuals. Free them to appreciate and perfect the better idea. Make better best. That is the sure way to win hearts. 

And there you go. A great firm that commands respect for flair. A firm that does not need to worry about being flexible about pricing, schedule and resources. 

The alternative is thinkable, probably also profitable. But is it palatable?
